About This Registry

The Renal Physicians Association Kidney Quality Improvement Registry, in collaboration with Premier, is intended for nephrologists and nephrology practitioners to foster performance improvement and improve outcomes in the care of patients with kidney disease and related disorders.

This registry has been approved by CMS as a Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) for eligible clinicians, groups and virtual groups since 2014.

Measures That Matter

This registry is comprised of 37 measures, including 13 RPA developed CKD/ESRD/Interventional Nephrology Specific measures and MIPS Clinical Quality Measures.
